Submit an Item for the CTN Dissemination Library

The CTN Dissemination Library is where users can find CTN presentations, published articles, assessment instruments, training plans, manuals, procedures, news, and other documents and resources about the CTN, as they become available for public use.

Lead Investigators and Chairs of CTN Coordinating Committees and Subcommittees are encouraged to submit these types of materials directly to the CTN Dissemination Library. Any other member of the CTN may submit a document via the Lead Investigator or the Chair of the Dissemination Subcommittee. (This policy is noted in the Policy Guideline for the Dissemination Library to ensure that documents are not placed in the Library before they're ready to be disseminated).

Submitting is easy! Simply send an email to the Dissemination Librarians (info@ctndisseminationlibrary.org) attaching your document to the email message. It is helpful if you include the following information:

Your name and address
Title of the document
Brief description
CTN Protocol, Nodes, and CTPs involved, if that information is applicable.

The Dissemination Librarians may contact you for clarification or more information about the document when it's added to the library.

Not clear? Please let us know, or read the Submission FAQs.

Include a Library slide in your presentations about CTN Research

Include a slide in your presentation to refer people to the CTN Dissemination Library, where they can view your presentation slides or poster after a conference. Just click on a graphic below to open the slide, save to your computer, and insert it in your presentation. Don't forget to send us the file(s) first so we can put it in the Library!
