This 2-hour webinar, produced by the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Clinical Coordinating Center for CTN members and the public, provides methods useful in enhancing community treatment provider workforce stability. Viewers will be introducted to the value of staff continuity; how management, workplace culture, job design, opportunities, rewards and relationship impact staff retention; the importance of the "internal customer;" retention through empowerment and growth; and mentoring recommendations.

The target audience is CTN members and other clinical research staff management.
