This one-hour webinar, produced by the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Clinical Coordinating Center for CTN members and the public, discusses how the research team's attitude, skills, responsibility, and accountability are important aspects of working together toward a common goal. In the CTN, where research staff is dispersed throughout the country and often may never meet face-to-face, teams face challenges to the momentum, cohesiveness and co-operation needed to keep a protocol running smoothly and effectively. This webinar addresses the keys to being part of a successful team.
Five stages of team development;
The importance of understanding the strengths of every member of your team;
Differences and similarities in managing local, remote, and virtual teams;
Technology tools, exercises, and games you can use to facilitate and strengthen your team.
Target audience: Everyone is welcome! This webinar is targeted for all research professionals interested in expanding their understanding of how to facilitate efficient, productive, and engaged teams.
